Sunshine Club
The culture warriors have created a space for staff to refer other deserving staff members who may need a little extra "sunshine." For example: their car has broken down and they've been borrowing cars to make their home visits, their house recently flooded, etc. We have a small budget that will allow us to spread happiness to those staff members who may need it most.
